Beginning Guitar Lessons
Cost: $100 per month, per student.
I currently have spots opening up for the new year, for group lessons in beginning guitar (both acoustic and classical - please see below). Students MUST own a guitar (easily and cheaply sourced online. I'd recommend purchasing online rather than in a store, as you will get significant discounts) and a pick (please see below for sizing info):
Group 1 is for 6-7 year olds: This age group needs 1/4 sized guitars. We will be meeting at 12:30pm on Monday afternoons for half an hour.
Group 2 is for 8-10 year olds: This group needs 1/2 sized guitars. We will meet at 1:00pm on Monday afternoons, for half an hour.
Group 3 is for 11-13 year olds: This group needs 3/4 sized guitars. We will meet at 1:30pm on Monday afternoons, for half an hour.
Group 4 is for 14 -18 year olds: This group needs full sized guitars. We will meet at 2:00pm on Monday afternoons for half an hour.
All guitars brought to lessons MUST be acoustic guitars for the Monday lessons.
I offer classical guitar lessons on Thursdays. The times are set up the same as above, and sizes of guitar as above for the different age groups. The classical guitar students must also bring the standard footstool with them for their lesson.
Slots are limited, so it is first come, first serve. I am taking reservations for spots during this week and the last week of December. I will also be taking reservations for spots during the first week in January. Lessons begin the second week of January.
